Job summary

You will lead a creative team, ensure brand consistency across online and offline campaigns, and craft visuals for social media, websites and apps. A portfolio demonstrating diverse projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty and nutritional food design is required.
• 2+ years solid experience in digital media/multimedia design/creative industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Understand and apply current design trends.
• Portfolio showing online/offline integrated campaigns from in-house and agency roles.
• Familiar with multimedia production for social media platforms (shooting, editing, subtitling, post-production).
• Familiar with AI-powered tools and platforms used in the creative industry.

Responsibilities

• Produce, oversee and coordinate photo and video production aligned with vision and project requirements.
• Lead and inspire the creative team to uphold brand standards.
• Establish art direction for social media content with brand guidelines and engaging visuals.
• Work with designers to create high-caliber graphics and visuals.
• Interact with management, production and design teams at various levels.
• Support transitions to online-driven content using digital platforms and tech.
• Guide adapting creative strategies for online channels like social, web, mobile apps.
