Job summary

Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Manager to lead our design engine and translate global visions into high-impact brand strategies. You will elevate visual storytelling and stay ahead of beauty trends, reporting to the Chief Designer.

Responsibilities include aligning outputs with standards, guiding an agile design team across 360° campaigns, and managing projects with vendors for premium packaging and displays. Portfolio submission required.

Qualifications

4–8 years in art direction or graphic design.
Background in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion or retail is advantageous.
Managerial or leadership experience is a plus.
Strong layout, color theory, typography and premium packaging sense.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; AI-powered tools encouraged.
Solid knowledge of printing processes and luxury packaging.

Strategic Alignment: align outputs with global standards and roadmaps.
Creative Leadership & Branding: guard premium visual identity across campaigns and channels.
Production & Vendor Management: oversee projects from concept to production with vendors.
