Job summary

Digioo is seeking an experienced Assistant Design Manager with a strong artistic sense, hands-on design capabilities, and the ability to lead a creative team.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, with digital drawing skills and experience leveraging AI tools to produce high-quality graphics and videos efficiently. You will pitch ideas to clients and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design or related field.
• 4+ years design experience in digital marketing or design firm.
• Experience supervising or leading creative team members.
• Portfolio demonstrating artistic sensibility, digital drawing, motion graphics, and multimedia design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to pitch ideas to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver end-to-end creative solutions across digital platforms.
• Lead brainstorming sessions; translate briefs into visual concepts and campaign ideas.
• Direct the creative team; delegate tasks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with external vendors; oversee high-quality video production.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage feedback and expectations.
• Foster learning and knowledge sharing within the team; stay current with trends.
• Explore AI tools and workflows to boost productivity and output.
