Job summary

Qeelin Limited in Wan Chai is seeking an Assistant Manager, Regulatory and Quality to join its luxury fragrance team. The role blends regulatory oversight with hands-on supply chain operations, ensuring compliant product launches and accurate QA documentation.

The successful candidate will manage CSAR updates, compile NCRFP filing dossiers, review packaging and labeling for national standards, and collaborate with regional teams to embed compliance across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Medicine, Food Science, Public Health, or Law (must be clearly stated on resume and verified by official graduation certificates).
• Sound regulatory knowledge of CSAR regulations, national standards, and technical specifications governing China’s cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling and maintaining General Cosmetics Notification filing dossiers on the NCRFP.
• Review product packaging and labeling to ensure full adherence to Chinese national standards (ingredients, net content, warnings).
• Maintain GMPC documentation, tracking Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for raw materials and finished goods.
• Liaise with accredited testing laboratories for stability, microbiological, and safety assessment reports (PIFs).
• Monitor CSAR regulatory updates, log quality-related customer feedback, and assist with adverse event reporting systems.
