Job summary

Zhongtai Financial International Limited is seeking a corporate finance professional to advise clients on deal execution, including IPOs, M&A, and restructurings. The role focuses on diligence, financial analysis, and developing robust financial models.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Laws or related disciplines.
• CPA or CFA will be added advantage.
• 3–5 years of solid working experience in professional firms, including IPO execution experience and/or auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate finance matters in deal execution (e.g. IPO, M&A, Restructuring).
• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis.
• Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models.
