Job description

A fast-growing listed consumer health and life-science brand is seeking a Corporate Controller to own end to end company, financial infrastructure and corporate governance across its multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group. With rapid expansion across Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe, complex entity structures spanning Hong Kong, Cayman Islands, US and UK, and a subscription-based revenue model generating significant growth, you'll manage capitalization tables, equity incentive plans, statutory filings and financial reporting across all entities. This is a core infrastructure role for someone who enjoys building and improving financial systems and processes in a high-growth, scaling environment.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the group's capitalization table across all entities and jurisdictions; ensure accuracy and timeliness for every equity issuance, option grant, and corporate action.
  • Administer equity incentive plans (options, RSUs, etc.) with meticulous attention to vesting schedules, exercise mechanics, and tax compliance.
  • Manage accounting, consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions; prepare monthly and annual financials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all statutory reporting deadlines are met (filings, tax returns, regulatory disclosures) across all jurisdictions; own the compliance calendar and process.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness; work closely with external auditors and legal counsel.
  • Manage group-level financial compliance, including SEC reporting requirements, transfer pricing documentation, and entity-specific regulations.
  • Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to the Board, management and investors; explain complex multi-entity structures in plain terms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies across jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of company secretarial, accounting and financial management experience, ideally at a US-listed company (in Hong Kong or elsewhere) or a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing capitalization tables and equity incentive plans at scale.
  • Deep familiarity with multi-entity accounting and consolidation; comfort working across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or a related discipline.
  • HKCGI member or related qualification or a qualified Solicitor.
  • Obsessive attention to detail on financial data; ability to spot errors and gaps before they become problems.
  • Experience with NASDAQ/SEC compliance or similar public-company reporting standards.
  • Fluency in English; ability to communicate financial data clearly to senior stakeholders, the Board and external parties.
