Job Description

• Draft and prepare Chinese and English speeches, presentations and talking points for public engagements and corporate functions
• Conduct research on China politics, economics, public policy and business-related topics
• Prepare briefing materials, background papers and presentation content for senior executives
• Monitor economic, political and market developments and incorporate relevant insights into speeches and communications materials
• Provide executive and administrative support
• Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, correspondence and stakeholder coordination

The Successful Applicant

• Familiar with writing speech and corporate communications
• Knowledge in China-related political, economic, and business topics
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Experience in speech writing, corporate communications, public affairs, journalism, research, or experienced Executive Assistant with strong writing capabilities
• Excellent written Chinese and English skills
