Job summary

Evangel Hospital in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Communications and Marketing Associate (Design) to design promotional materials and assist with marketing activities. You will prepare reports, meeting minutes, social media content, memos, and manuals while supporting office administration, asset management, and database upkeep.

The role involves updating the hospital website and app, handling inquiries, and contributing to communications campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Design or Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in design/marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic video editing software.
• Knowledge of InDesign; web and app design is a plus.
• A design portfolio is required for interview.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsible for designing promotional materials and publications

Assist in executing various promotional and marketing activities

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, social media posts, written correspondences, memos, manuals and etc.

Perform office management, administrative duties, asset management and database management

Handle petty cash, bookkeeping, purchasing and procurement documents

Update the website and app

Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries

Requirements

• Higher education, Diploma or certificate in Design/ Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design/ marketing
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software (A design portfolio is required for the interview)
• Knowledge in InDesign, web and app design an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
