Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited, a leading FinTech brokerage partner, seeks a Product Manager for Core Trading & Settlement Systems to own end-to-end product lifecycle of core back-office workflows. You will report to the Product Team Head and collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and international vendors.

Key responsibilities include planning and designing core trading infrastructure for overseas brokerage, shaping end-to-end workflows for order execution, clearing and settlement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience within the financial services, FinTech, or online brokerage industry.
• Solid understanding of overseas equities (HK/US markets) trading rules, clearing, and settlement operations.
• Strong capability in designing complex business architectures and writing comprehensive PRDs.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Highly Preferred: Prior exposure to Web3/Crypto projects

Responsibilities

• Leading the product planning and functional design of core trading infrastructure (counter systems) for overseas brokerage business.
• Designing robust, end-to-end business workflows encompassing order execution, clearing and settlement, and corporate actions.
• Drafting highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and managing system integrations with overseas vendors
