Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong seeks a qualified middle office/trade support professional to manage product lifecycle activities and resolve trading issues. The role requires a degree in Finance/Mathematics/Sciences/Engineering and 3–5 years of experience, with English and Mandarin preferred.

You will support KYC reviews, settlements, and trade reporting, while coordinating with global offices and project testing teams.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s).
At least 3-5 years middle office/trade support experience.
Background in client management or product lifecycle management preferred.
Sensible and good at calculational works.
Excellent command in English; Mandarin would be preferred.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently and multitask.
Good communication skills and well-organized.
Excellent command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Conduct product lifecycle management such as valuation reports and margin call
Liaise with different counterparts within the global offices for resolving trading issues
Resolve client queries in a timely manner
Review KYC, settlement status and trade report for process management
Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting
Engage in various projects and participate in system testing activities
