Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst to support ECMIS and related IT projects from Admiralty. You will lead test planning, automation design and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires strong knowledge of software testing, test management, SQL, Java, and web programming, plus government-system experience. A CS/IT degree and 6+ years post-qual experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT Application Development and Management (ADM).
• Experience with JAVA, SQL, REST APIs and XML.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and testing/maintenance of government systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, automation, helpdesk and documentation for ECMIS.
• Design end-to-end test automation solutions and data strategies.
• Coordinate with PSU/MDs and external contractors to track defects and delivery.
• Prepare tender documents for IT hardware, software and services.
