Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Systems Analyst for a 4-month assignment at Housing Authority IT projects in Hong Kong. The role involves full-time duties across analysis, design, coding, testing and system support for the Public Housing e-BROS platform.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, analyze systems, coordinate with vendors, and assist the project manager with contract administration and service management.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirement study, system analysis & design and implementation of intranet and internet applications.
• Experience in support and maintain application systems.
• Experience in HA-Cloud platform in Housing Department is preferred

Responsibilities

• Mainly involve in IT activities: cost/effort estimation, impact analysis, user requirements collection, system analysis and design, coding/testing, QA, system support and enhancements for Public Housing e-BROS.
• Assist the project manager in project management, contract administration and managing outsourced services.
• Perform other administrative activities as required

Project Nature (T26) Development, maintenance and support of IT application systems in HK Housing Authority

Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;

• Mainly involve in IT activities, including cost and effort estimation, impact analysis, user requirements collection, system analysis and design, coding and
  testing, quality assurance, system support and problem diagnosis and enhancements in both system enhancement and maintenance cycles for Public Housing
  Electronic Building Records Online System (Public Housing e-BROS);
• Assist the project manager in project management, contract administration and managing outsourced services; and
  
• Perform other administrative activities as when required

Requirements
