You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain smooth operations, handle challenging situations professionally, and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Form 7 or above required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
• Strong English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Handle information and payments by referring to systems and guidelines.
• Provide document Mainlander Sales Verification to ensure NB apps comply.
• Respond to customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Address customer dissatisfaction with timely solutions and report to supervisor.
