Job summary

Longbridge is seeking a skilled professional to lead financial content operations and editing for its Hong Kong and U.S. market coverage. You will shape the editorial ecosystem, respond rapidly to trends, and deliver high-impact investment insights across global audiences.

You will leverage GenAI and new sourcing channels to expand coverage, speed up production, and improve content relevance. Collaboration with Product and Algorithm teams will refine recommendations and optimize user journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in financial content operations, editing, or news curation, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets.
• Experience productizing content workflows and using data to influence algorithms and product features.
• Global mindset – familiar with international audience habits.
• Self-driven, innovative, and agile – you thrive in fast-paced settings and are willing to work flexible hours to match global market windows.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
