  • Work Experience: Minimum 5‑8 years of relevant PR, marketing, or agency experience. Fewer years of experience are considered for Senior Associate roles.
  • Account Leadership & Management: Proven ability to independently lead and manage multiple client accounts or projects, guiding day‑to‑day work, and serving as a primary client contact.
  • Strategic Program Development: Expertise in developing, overseeing, and executing comprehensive PR programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, and staffing strategies, consistently achieving public relations objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating needs, proactively resolving challenges, and ensuring team understanding of client dynamics.
  • Media & Influencer Savvy: Strong media relations strategy development skills, coupled with an established network of key industry, editorial, investment community, and professional contacts.
  • Presentation & Counseling: Exceptional presentation skills with a demonstrated leadership presence, capable of providing insightful public relations counsel in various settings.

  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in developing and monitoring project budgets, contributing to financial forecasting, overseeing billing, and meeting billability targets.
  • Business Development Drive: Proven leadership in identifying and driving organic account growth, proactively pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering strong analyses, strategies, and concepts for pitches.
