Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Engineer to oversee compliance of in-house system programs, conduct site inspections, and support the implementation of traffic management systems. You will collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on permits and activities while maintaining safety standards.

Applicants with 4+ years of relevant experience and exposure to main contractors will be considered for more senior roles; TD/HKFP/HyD documentation

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in TTM application procedures and TTA documentation preparation in compliance with TD, HKFP and HyD standard.
• Experience in Main Contractors.
• Details oriented with strong safety awareness and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assure the overall compliance of in-house system program, including conduct regular inspections, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the project management team to track progress and identify potential issues or delays.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting site activities, permits, and compliance.
• Support the system implementation and integration in traffic management.
• Implement routine preventative maintenance schedules for traffic systems and infrastructure.
• Site inspections, monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and standards.
