Job summary

Besway Asia Limited, on behalf of a leading food & beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Compliance Manager in Hong Kong. You will lead EHS programmes, conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identifications across manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, planning EHS trainings, promoting a culture of safety, and working with cross‑functional teams to embed compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Safety and Environment or related disciplines.
• Solid working experience in Environment, Health, Safety and ESG management in manufacturing industries.
• Experience implementing ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems.

Compliance Manager

Conduct regular manufacturing site/workplace safety inspections, risk assessments and hazard identifications

Improve the EHS standards and recommend corrective and preventive actions for malpractices identified.

Plan, organize and perform EHS trainings and promotions for staff and workers, such as EHS induction training, tool box training and other specific trainings as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety practices into operational processes and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Safety and Environment or related disciplines

Solid working experience of Environment, Health, Safety and ESG management in manufacturing industries

Experience in implementing ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems

Holder of Registered Safety Officer (RSO) will be an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing

Good command of both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
