Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in communication, public relations or related disciplines.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management.
• Experience in community relations and dealing with District Council.
• Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; written English and Chinese.
• Good inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle public enquiries and complaints.
• Prepare press materials and monthly newsletters for the works project.
• Prepare presentation materials and attend public consultation forums.
• Prepare papers and presentation materials for District Council meetings.
• Liaise with the general public.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly project brochures, fact sheets and newsletters.
• Prepare, arrange and obtain acceptance on information uploaded to the project website monthly.
• Upload relevant information to the project website.
• Handle construction video film production.
