Job summary

M’akola Housing Society is seeking a full-time Caretaker to join their team in Victoria, BC. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining building quality, performing minor repairs, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance required.
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
• Completed First Aid - Level 1 and WHMIS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular building checks to ensure quality standards.
• Pick up garbage and maintain basic building systems.
• Assist with unit turnovers and minor repairs.
