Job summary

The Foreign Correspondents' Club, Hong Kong is seeking a full-time kitchen staff member to support daily operations, monitor food quality and presentation, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met. The role requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced club environment.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant hospitality experience, be bilingual in English and Chinese, and be able to work flexible hours. Immediate availability is advantageous.

• Follow up the daily operation production
  跟進日常運作生產
• Check food temperatures and presentation
  檢查食物溫度和外觀
• Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage
  實施控制以盡量減少食品和用品的浪費
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times
  保持廚房的乾淨整潔
• Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines
  熟悉所有廚房設備並按照安全指南正確操作
• Maintain a clear record of inventory in accordance with hygiene standard
  按照衛生標準保持清晰的庫存記錄

Requirements 要求:

• Minimum of 2-5years’ relevant experiencein hotel/ club/ hospitality industry
  至少2 - 5年酒店/俱樂部/酒店行業相關經驗
• Self-motivated, Dependable and Detail-oriented
  上進、可靠且注重細節
• Able and willing to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
