Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Ltd is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a commercial building in Central. You will supervise an on-site team and oversee daily property operations, ensuring tenant relations and contractor performance in a bustling Central office environment.

The role requires a university degree in facilities/property management, professional membership, and at least six years in property management with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in Facilities Management or Property Management.
• Corporate membership of CIH/HKIH/HKIS/RICS/HKIFM or equivalent.
• Holder of a valid Property Management Practitioner (Tier1) Licence.
• Minimum 6 years in property/facilities management, with 3 years in a managerial role for office buildings.
• Excellent client servicing and ability to handle clients/occupants independently.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin advantageous.
• Proficient in report writing.
• Hands-on PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an on-site team and oversee daily operations of the property.
• Monitor property maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Maintain excellent tenant relationships.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
