SAS Planners Limited is seeking an interior designer to join a compact, experienced studio in Hong Kong. You will guide design concepts, space planning and technical documentation for commercial projects, while gaining hands-on ownership from concept to completion.

You'll develop 3D models, renderings, and presentations, coordinate with consultants and suppliers, and participate in client meetings to drive project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years interior design experience in commercial fit-out.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling.
• Experience with rendering software (D5 Render, Rayon) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design concepts, space planning and design development.
• Prepare construction drawings and layouts.
• Develop 3D models, renderings and presentation materials.
• Source finishes, furniture and materials, including procurement.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and ensure construction aligns with design.
• Assist project management including programmes, budgets and docs.
• Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
