Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Design Manager to support coastal, marine, reclamation, and infrastructure projects across Hong Kong and the wider region. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, provide technical leadership, and drive the delivery of ports, jetties, seawalls, and reclaimation developments.

The role requires at least 8 years post-chartership, a Civil/Coastal/Marine engineering background, and an HKIE corporate membership or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Coastal / Marine engineering or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Corporate Member of HKIE or equivalent (e.g., MHKIE, MICE, CEng or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage coastal, marine, reclamation, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical leadership and deliver high-quality engineering solutions and design outputs.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to proposals, business development, and knowledge sharing within the team.
