The role emphasizes governance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and risk controls across local and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in consulting or project management within financial services, with cloud technology experience and fluent English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or STEM-related disciplines.
• 10–15 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or project management.
• Experience in large, complex change programs within financial services.
• Experience with cloud technologies and migration programs.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on management of both small and large-scale projects throughout their life cycle.
• Ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and key stakeholders to prepare business cases for approval by local and Group EXCOs.
• Govern project managers from application vendors to ensure successful migration delivery.
• Lead vendor management and oversee off‑shore delivery teams.
• Highlight project risks and propose solutions or contingency plans for changing business and technical requirements.
