Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join a customer-centric, agile, and digitally enabled team in Hong Kong. You will contribute to cutting-edge projects in an enterprise-scale environment, applying cloud expertise to keep systems reliable and secure.

You will gain hands-on experience with in-house cloud services, server/storage operations, and multi-cloud platforms, with 18 days annual leave and a performance bonus. Fluent English and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS/IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of IT experience in server operation and admin.
• Azure Administrator Associate certification advantageous
• Hands-on admin and troubleshooting on Windows, Linux, MS SQL and common IT platforms
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, MS clustering, SAN, backup, SCCM/SCOM, HP management
• Experience with multi-Cloud platforms like Azure and Alibaba Cloud
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Perform server and storage operations and systems administration.
• Install, test, maintain, and upgrade server and storage software.
• Provide operational support such as housekeeping job management and system health checks.
• Offer after-office hours support for continuous application system operations.
• Conduct first-level diagnosis analysis to improve server, storage, and network reliability.
• Assist with assigned duties by the team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform server and storage operations and systems administration work

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in server operation, system administration, and support on Microsoft Windows and other common IT platforms
• IT professional certification such as Azure Administrator Associate is advantageous
• Practical administration and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL DB, HP Proliant blade servers, and blade infrastructure
• Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in areas like Active Directory, ADFS, MS cluster, SAN Storage, Commvault Backup, MS SCCM/SCOM, HP SIM/iLO, or System Management Homepage
• Experience in multi-Cloud platforms such as Azure, Alibaba Cloud is a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
