Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead clinical operations for studies of varying complexity. The role focuses on delivering high-quality data within contract timelines, while managing resources and adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trials or related field.
• Equivalency considered for combination of education, training and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• May assume CSM responsibilities on small/less complex projects as required.
• Develop and maintain clinical monitoring tools and trial documents (MAP, Master Action Plan, TMF).
• Coordinate with project manager to prepare client presentations and meetings.
• Lead team communications and training to ensure timelines, resources, and quality meet requirements.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, implement recovery actions, and oversee data collection/CRF queries.
