Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Private Banking Investment Services professional based in Hong Kong, located at One Island East. The role focuses on executing client investment transactions across asset classes and coordinating with Front Office to ensure timely, compliant trade execution.

Candidates should hold a Finance or Business degree and possess strong communication, interpersonal and market knowledge. Mandarin-speaking stakeholders gain an advantage in communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute client investment transactions accurately and efficiently across different asset classes.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely and precise execution of client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows, including pricing, pre-trade checks, voice logging and trade execution, with regulatory and internal control compliance.
• Communicate key product features, risks and execution-related information to clients per approved standards.
• Assist Investment Solutions Advisors with research, proposals, marketing materials and follow-up activities under guidance.
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects and initiatives as assigned.
