Job summary

Nomura in Hong Kong seeks an FTC Operations Analyst to manage client onboarding and rolling review across diverse client types. The role requires strong relationship management, organizational and communication skills to deliver efficient onboarding and a high-quality client experience.

Internally, you will translate information from Chinese to English and coordinate with Sales, CAO, Compliance, and Risk teams to prioritize requests and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak Chinese.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the banking industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory influences within onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and roll review of various clients from different organizational types.
• Liaise with the client, providing support and guidance throughout the documentation completion process.
• Review information and documents in Chinese and translate to English.
• Coordinate with Sales and Business CAO to prioritize account requests and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Provide onboarding status updates to Sales teams, Business CAO, and clients.
• Monitor duration, advise clients and internal stakeholders on emerging issues, and troubleshoot problems.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales Support, Compliance, KYC Controls, Audit & Risk.
