Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in business analysis or client-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English required.
• Familiarity with Agile software (Jira, Monday.com, Plane).
• Ability to use Generative AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Act as primary contact, lead meetings, gather requirements, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Requirements Scoping: Translate client needs into user stories, workflows, and detailed functional specs for engineering.
• Project Tracking: Support sprint backlogs, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery using agile tools.
• AI Integration: Proactively utilize Generative AI tools to streamline daily workflows and documentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers and designers to ensure alignment with project scope.
