New World Development Company Limited is seeking an experienced site coordinator to supervise a Residential/Commercial Building project in Hong Kong. You will report to the Senior Quality Manager / Senior Technical Manager and assist in coordinating with project team members and external parties.

Responsibilities include verifying works against contracts and specifications, monitoring progress, preparing progress reports, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and legislation.

Formación

• Diploma or higher certificate in building studies or construction.
• Minimum 10 years site experience in building construction and interior fitting out.
• Demonstrated experience in managing site construction activities.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in co-ordination work for a Residential / Commercial Building project in Hong Kong.
• Assist the project team to inspect alteration and addition works and construction works and maintenance works to ensure conformance with contracts, drawings, specifications, workmanship standards and relevant legislation.
• Liaise with project team members and outside parties and to check that the works have been carried out according to the technical specification.
• Monitor the progress of works and prepare independent progress report.
• Assess all related risk factors and summarize them for management consideration.

You will report to the Senior Quality Manager / Senior Technical Manager and assist in coordinating with project team members and external parties. You will also follow up on the overall project delivery and ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the contract documents, production information, and any other instructions issued to the site.
