Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a quality inspector to join our team in Ang Mo Kio. The role involves inspecting materials, components and finished products, ensuring compliance with IPC and ISO standards, and maintaining detailed quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of quality inspection experience, can read technical drawings, and is familiar with inspection tools. OT may be required to support production schedules in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and assembly documents.
• Familiar with quality inspection tools and testing equipment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and components for micro assembly & PCBA.
• Check materials against specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Inspect products during the assembly process.
• Perform basic testing to identify defects early and reduce rework.
• Inspect and test finished products before shipment.
• Perform visual and functional checks to ensure product quality.
• Identify and report defects, quality issues and non-conformances.
• Work with the Production team to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain inspection records, test results and quality reports.
• Follow IPC, ISO and company quality standards.
