Job summary

Lo's Cleaning Services Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness of public areas and tenant offices in a Grade-A building.

You will lead the housekeeping department and supervise a team of about 30 cleaners across locations, ensuring hotel-like standards and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in cleaning-related roles (hotel, property management or Grade-A office), with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in particular software applications.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese are highly preferred.
• 3 years or above experience in cleaning, control of linen and uniform, property management, hotel field or Grade-A office building.
• At least 1 year in Supervisory position.

Experience in carrying out day-to-day cleaning operations in a hotel-like environment and supervise a sizable team (around 30 cleaners) at various locations.
