FinPod Limited in Hong Kong seeks an energetic Class Teacher/Co-Teacher to deliver engaging workshops that help children and youth aged 6-15 build practical money management skills. At FinPod, we believe financial literacy should start early. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Class Teacher/Co-Teacher to deliver engaging workshops that help children and youth aged 6-15 build practical money management skills.
This role is ideal for a confident English-speaking educator who can make money concepts fun, simple and relevant through games, activities, discussions and technology-enabled learning.
Lead interactive financial literacy workshops for youth aged 6-15.
Use creative, activity-based teaching methods to make money concepts engaging.
Deliver content confidently in workshop, online or hybrid settings.
Contribute to curriculum, syllabus and teaching material development.
Use digital tools and platforms such as mobile apps and Kahoot to enhance learning.
Work with the FinPod team and teaching partners to deliver a high-quality student experience.
Host classes on selected weekdays and weekends, especially during summer and peak programme periods.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Excellent command of English; native or bilingual speakers preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in activity-based children’s education or group teaching.
Strong ability to engage children and explain money concepts clearly.
Good understanding of finance or financial literacy.
Prior experience with international schools or teaching institutions preferred.
Confident, cheerful, dynamic and professional.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using educational platforms.
Valid SCRC clearance required.
Immediate availability preferred.
Applicants with less experience may be considered as Co-teachers or Teaching Assistants.
Have proven experience teaching children in group settings.
Are confident leading classes in English.
Can work weekends, weekdays and holiday periods as required.
Enjoy interactive teaching rather than lecture-style instruction.
Are comfortable discussing basic finance with children.
Can use technology confidently in class.
Hold or are willing to obtain valid SCRC clearance.
