Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering from HK polytechnic/university or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English at Level 2 or above per HKDSEE/HKCEE.
• Passing BLNST is required for civil service appointments.
