Job summary

Sun Life Investment Management Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic senior leader to build a robust Investment Management Team that translates ideas into solid fund performance while maintaining strict compliance standards.

You will lead due diligence, asset allocation, and stakeholder engagement, driving strategic initiatives such as ESG integration and new fund launches, and mentoring a high-performing team in a complex market.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Investment, Finance, Economics or similar discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in fund investment or related fields.
• CFA charter holder and/or other relevant professional qualifications a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Solid financial background with understanding of global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Investment Management Team.
• Oversee fund/manager selection, due diligence, monitoring and evaluation.
• Formulate strategic and tactical asset allocation for managed portfolios.
• Own performance delivery and report results as a team.
• Engage internal and external parties and formulate client solutions.
