• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Process and analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, customer acquisition, cross‑selling, upselling, retention, and maximizing customer value.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, operations, agency, partnership, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
