Job summary

Singular Global Limited, a Hong Kong-based fintech company, seeks a visionary Chief Technology Officer to drive technology strategy and R&D across AI, blockchain, and digital assets. You will lead the architecture and delivery of institutional platforms, tokenization, and on-chain infrastructure in a fast-evolving market.

You will oversee AI-powered investment intelligence, automated trading, and secure, scalable systems for digital asset trading and settlement.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in financial technology, capital markets, digital assets, or technology-driven financial services.
Proven leadership of fintech platforms, blockchain infrastructure, or AI-powered financial systems.
Strong understanding of decentralized finance, smart contracts, digital asset tokenization, and trading infrastructure.
Experience in derivatives, quantitative trading, financial markets, and institutional investment systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's technology strategy, system architecture, and R&D roadmap across AI, blockchain, and financial technology.
Oversee the development of decentralized exchanges, smart contracts, tokenization protocols, and on-chain derivatives infrastructure.
Lead R&D in AI-powered investment intelligence, autonomous trading agents, machine learning, and quantitative financial systems.
Design scalable and secure systems for digital asset trading, settlement, liquidity management, and institutional financial services.
Manage technical teams, coordinate research initiatives, establish development milestones, and oversee technology implementation.
Ensure platform security, system reliability, and continuous innovation in blockchain and AI technologies.
