Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, aligning incentives with business priorities.
  • Resilience and capability to drive HR, admin and culture initiatives in fast-growing groups.

Job Title:Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO)

Report to:CEO & Board of Directors

Job Overview

You will oversee global organizational planning, talent acquisition, compensation framework design, and short-, medium- & long-term performance and incentive schemes. You will establish and refine the global talent pipeline & mobility system, leadership succession and development framework, as well as align corporate culture and values to underpin the company’s global expansion and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Global Organizational Development Strategy & Organizational Structure Establishment

Develop multi-region, cross-jurisdictional organizational structures and authority matrix aligned with corporate global strategy. Address challenges in global collaboration and local governance, continuously optimize organizational efficiency, and ensure compliance readiness for IPO requirements.

Global Leadership & Core Team Building

Lead recruitment and succession planning for senior business leaders and local core teams covering operations, management and finance roles to support overseas revenue growth. Establish competency frameworks, targeted sourcing mechanisms and talent bench for critical roles to close global talent gaps.

Build regionally adaptive compensation, benefits and performance management frameworks balancing local differentiation and group-wide consistency. Design short-term performance rewards, medium-term incentives and long-term equity/profit-sharing plans tailored for a branded enterprise on track for IPO, aligning interests of senior executives and local core teams to improve retention of top talent.

Global Talent Sourcing & Employment Compliance

Manage employment compliance and labor risk mitigation across overseas territories including Europe and the Middle East. Formulate standardized policies, risk control frameworks and employee relations mechanisms for global talent recruitment and deployment. Oversee local workforce management, cultural integration and cross-border collaboration, rolling out scalable, iterable HR governance systems.

Construct leadership succession, talent identification and development systems. Formalize processes for talent review, appointment, rotation and capability building. Standardize group-wide HR governance, policies and people analytics infrastructure to support rapid business growth and future IPO compliance standards.

Corporate Culture & Value Alignment

Lead global corporate culture initiatives and employer branding. Unify organizational values and working culture to strengthen cohesion across the worldwide workforce.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 10 years of end-to-end group-level HR leadership experience. Prior track record in global brand, cross-border B2B or consumer electronics industries is strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience building HR systems for multiple overseas legal entities; solid knowledge of cross-border employment compliance, multi-territory reward schemes and greenfield overseas team setup.

Proven experience establishing HR infrastructure during IPO preparation, including organizational formalization, executive incentive design and leadership pipeline construction.

Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Deep understanding of overseas market & channel brand business models; capable of resolving core challenges around organization, talent and incentives in line with business priorities.

High resilience and change management capabilities. Comfortable working within a fast-growing entrepreneurial group; able to oversee end-to-end delivery of HR, administration and cultural initiatives.

Fluent English communication skills for cross-regional stakeholder engagement and overseas team management.
