• Exceptional track record in public affairs and crisis communications.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams within large organizations in HK.
• Excellent knowledge of technology ecosystems and government funding frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Formulate Cyberport’s corporate development strategy and recruit tech enterprises and tenants to strengthen HK’s ICT hub.
• Cultivate networks with tech partners, academia, and industry to accelerate growth.
• Identify and secure new commercial opportunities and funding through PPPs, sponsorships, donations, and new revenue streams.
• Support market development of emerging technology applications.
• Elevate Cyberport’s brand and drive market awareness of technologies developed by Cyberport/community companies.
• Lead marketing strategies and flagship ICT events to position Cyberport as a leading international ICT hub.
• Develop PR and community engagement programs to foster an inclusive ICT ecosystem.
• Lead corporate public affairs with the Board and executives including strategic messaging and crisis management.
