Qualifications

MBA with engineering background or real estate related disciplines.
Experience in senior commercial property leadership (Grade-A office and lifestyle retail).
Strong ability in high-stakes negotiations, contract structuring, and cross-functional leadership.
Proficient with data analytics and market forecasting.

Responsibilities

Formulate and execute group commercial strategy across portfolio.
Lead leasing lifecycle to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and NOI.
Curate experiential trade mixes and partnerships for placemaking.
Drive high-value commercial transactions and anchor tenancy negotiations.
Collaborate on AEI with PM and Architecture teams to unlock asset value.
Build and manage relationships with international brands and tenants.
Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and forecasting; leverage AI tools.
