Job summary

Castco Testing Centre Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated candidate to prepare food and drug samples and perform analyses using GC/FID, GC/MS, ICP/OES, ICP/MS, HPLC and TLC. You will calibrate equipment, work independently through the complete analytical workflow, and assist R/D projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Science graduates or students welcomed in chemistry, environmental, food science, biotechnology or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples of food and drugs (Western and Chinese medicine) and conduct analyses using GC/FID, GC/MS, GC/MSMS, ICP/OES, ICP/MS, HPLC, HPLC-MS/MS, HPLC-ICP-MS, TLC.
• Assist R&D work as necessary.
• Calibrate equipment as required by supervisor.
• Work independently with sample preparation, instrumentation and data processing throughout the analytical process.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
