Job summary

Relish Catering, part of Feste Group, is seeking ambitious junior and mid-level chefs to join our kitchen team for an exciting events portfolio in Hong Kong. You will help deliver premium catering experiences for corporate events, private celebrations, brand activations and large-scale food events.

Relish Catering, part of Feste Group, is looking for ambitiouschefs who want a new challenge in the exciting events world.We create premium catering experiences for corporate events, private celebrations, brand activations and large-scale food events.

This is an opportunity to work with an experienced hospitality team, build your skill sets and have new experiences in a variety of events. Theinitial employment term runs until April 2027, with the potential for further opportunities subject to business needs, performance and visa eligibility.

The role

We are seeking enthusiasticJunior and Mid Level Chefsto join our kitchen team. You will help deliver high-quality food for a varied calendar of events, from refined canapé receptions and private dinners to large-format corporate and experiential events.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team across preparation, production, event execution and service.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for food, hospitality and event catering
• Previous commercial kitchen experience, ideally at Commis Chef or Chef de Partie level
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong organisation, hygiene and food-safety standards
• A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends around events
• An interest in gaining international hospitality experience and experiencing life in Hong Kong
