Job summary

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is seeking a reliable Chauffeur - Planning and Administration to provide safe and efficient driving services for senior executives. You will ensure timely maintenance of the Commission’s vehicles, keep them clean, refuel as needed, and perform general office administration when required.

The ideal candidate has Form 5 or above, a valid Hong Kong driving licence with a clean record, and at least 10 years of experience as a company driver, preferably

• Form 5 or above
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving licence with a clean driving record
• Min. 10 years working experience as a company driver, experience serving management and senior executives preferred
• Background from multinational/sizable corporation is an advantage
• Excellent command in Cantonese; knowledge in English and Putonghua is required

Chauffeur - Planning and Administration, Corporate Affairs 職責 提供安全快捷的駕駛服務 確保證監會的車輛及時進行維修保養，妥善維持車輛的機件狀況，並保持車輛清潔及按需要補充燃油 在有需要時處理一般辦公室行政工作 資歷 中五或以上學歷 持有有效的香港駕駛執照，並有良好駕駛紀錄 最少十年任職公司司機的經驗，具接送公司管理屬層及高級行政人員的經驗者尤佳 曾在跨國／大型企業工作者優先 操流利粵語，並能以基本英語及普通話溝通 守時、有禮及盡責 以客為先，盡心提供服務 願意加班，並能配合彈性工作時間

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient driving service
• Ensure the upkeep of the Commission’s vehicles, take good care of the vehicles condition, maintain the vehicles’ cleanliness and replenish fuel as needed
• Perform general office administration duties as required

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving licence with a clean driving record
• Min. 10 years working experience as a company driver, experienced in serving management and senior executives is preferable
• Background gained from multi-national/sizable corporation(s) is a definite advantage
• Excellent command in Cantonese, knowledge in English and Putonghua is a must
• Punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented and conscientious
• Willing to work overtime and able to accommodate flexible working hours
