Job summary

MSIG Insurance Hong Kong (Limited) is seeking a professional driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for senior executives and guests. You will plan routes, maintain vehicles, and coordinate with assistants to support daily schedules.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, HK/China driving licenses, and fluency in Cantonese with basic English. A 5.5-day week, overtime, Macau travel, and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a company driver supporting senior executives or management.
• Valid Hong Kong and China driving licenses with a clean record.
• Familiar with Hong Kong roads, traffic conditions and route planning.
• Able to communicate in Cantonese and basic English.
• Mature, trustworthy, discreet and professional handling confidential matters.
• Flexible to work on public holidays and overtime; occasional Macau travel.

Job description

Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies

Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, including routine inspections, cleaning and arranging regular maintenance

Liaise closely with management assistants regarding daily schedules and transportation arrangements

Support general office administration duties when driver duties are not assigned

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum 5 years of experience as a company driver supporting senior executives or management

Possess a valid Hong Kong and China driving license with a clean driving record

Familiar with Hong Kong roads, traffic conditions and route planning

Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese and basic English

Mature, trustworthy, discreet and professional in handling confidential matters

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and safety awareness

Flexible to work on public holidays and willing to work overtime when required

Occasional travel to Macau may be required

5.5-day work week

Monday to Friday: 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break)

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Overtime allowance provided

Vehicle pick-up and drop-off location: Taikoo Shing

• Other benefits: 15 days AL, medical, double-pay, incentive bonus
