Job summary

Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is seeking a dynamic, experienced driver to support the Administration Department in Hong Kong. The role involves chauffeuring senior executives and guests, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, scheduling maintenance, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least eight years of driving experience in Hong Kong, a clean record, and a valid Mainland Class C license (A license preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years driving experience in Hong Kong with strong knowledge of local streets.
• Able to work irregular hours, including weekends/public holidays.
• Hold HK driving licenses 1,2,4,5; Licenses 9 & 10 preferred.
• Experience driving 7-seater private cars and light goods vehicles.
• Must hold valid Class C Mainland license; Class A an added advantage.
• Fluent Cantonese; basic English and Putonghua.
• Computer literate; email communication is a plus.
• Honest, polite, reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Administration Department.

資歷：

• 需具備至少八年相關轎車經驗，熟識香港各區街道
• 需輪班及在週末或假日工作
• 持有香港駕駛執照1, 2, 4, 5(若有9, 10牌更佳)
• 良好駕駛紀錄，並有駕駛7座私家車和輕型貨車的經驗
• 必須持有有效的中國內地C類駕駛執照，A類駕駛執照者更佳
• 流利廣東話，略懂英文及普通話
• 略懂電腦操作為佳
• 誠實、有禮貌、可靠，並具備責任感
• 優先考慮能立即上班者

Responsibilities:

• Provide chauffeuring services to the senior executives and company guests
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicles
• Arrange for timely maintenance service of the vehicles
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of driving experience in Hong Kong, possess excellent knowledge of Hong Kong streets and routes across all districts
• Able to work irregular hours, roster duties on weekends / public holidays as assigned
• Able to drive (manual operation) private light bus, must be a holder of license nos. 4 & 5. License nos. 9 & 10 are preferred
• Familiar in operating sedans with experience in driving 7-seater private cars and light goods vehicle
• Must hold a valid Class C Mainland license. Class A will be an added advantage
• Able to read, write and speak fluent Cantonese, simple English and Putonghua
• Computer literate and knowledge in email communication would be an advantage
• Honest, polite, trustworthy and a strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability is preferred

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
