Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft products and IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Intune Autopilot), and O365/M365.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts.
• Experience in automation and innovation use cases implementation, solution.
• Experience in program management.
• Experience in consulting service in digital workplace area, example familiar with ROT, Cost Optimization, Power Platform, migration and transformation.
• Experience in AI Infusion and use cases deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and architect to provide solution in the Digital Workplace platform.
• Provide support and plan to increase Project efforts and man days to increase the revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and translate them into digital workplace solutions; convert those as projects.
• Develop and fulfil customer roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Guide Sub towers M365, AVD, Wintel, SCCM, RDS, Application packaging, IAM, Active Directory, MDM to identify opportunities and convert those as projects.
• Support to improve Automation and Innovation quarterly score, reduce manual efforts.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, AVD, and Endpoint Management Tools.
• Experience in consulting service in digital workplace area, example familiar with ROT, Cost Optimization, Power Platform, migration and transformation
• Strong understanding of identity management, data protection, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with networking, virtualization, and endpoint management.
• Experience in AI Infusion and use cases deployment.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft products and technologies, IT operations, digital workplace.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Intune Autopilot), and O365/M365 ecosystem, AVD environment.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts.
• Experience in automation and innovation use cases implementation, solution.
