Job summary

JF Talent Consulting Group (Global) in Hong Kong is recruiting a CFD Senior / Account Manager focused on the China IB market. The role reports to the Sales Head and aims to expand the regional client base, including institutional clients, with a strategic sales plan.

Key duties include developing business plans for new and existing clients, delivering market insights to drive relationships, collaborating with marketing and internal teams, and using CRM data to identify opportunities and monitor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
1-3 years of experience in the finance industry.
Experience from the CFD FX industry is a must.
A proven track record of generating sales revenue and leading diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Report to the Head of Sales and develop a business plan for new and existing clients (China and/or SEA).
Provide exceptional marketing insight to increase and retain customer relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
Conduct comprehensive market research about economy, policy, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing campaigns.
Utilize CRM to evaluate customer data and activities.
