Job summary

HTK is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to manage daily AP duties, process invoices, and prepare remittances. You will post GL entries and assist in month-end close while supporting bank reconciliations and management reports.

The ideal candidate holds a accounting diploma/certificate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecom or finance, and is proficient in Oracle and MS Office in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in telecom or finance industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting duties for Accounts Payable including invoice processing and remittance preparation.
• Post general ledger entries and support month-end activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations and management reports.
• Assist in ad hoc accounting assignments and day-to-day admin tasks.
