Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Call Centre Associate on a 12-month renewable contract to coordinate B2B customer service orders and arrange on-site support.

You will handle customer claims and suggestions, and work with in-house engineers and service partners to provide professional service to customers, while managing channels/shops repairing and installation service orders. Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English, Chinese, and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
