Job summary

Element is seeking a Technician to join its expanding operations team in Singapore. The role covers routine and non-routine testing, calibration of dimension gauges and instruments, and ensuring timely, accurate results with minimal supervision.

You will perform on-site calibration using CMM and reference masters, maintain lab equipment, and support ISO17025 compliance. Strong attention to detail, GD&T understanding, and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• ITE/GCE/ Diploma in Aerospace/ Precision / Mechanical Engineering etc
• 2 to 3 years working knowledge in QC/QA or Calibration / Testing field.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawing and GD&T.
• Ability to analyze and compile Calibration / testing data from the Calibration/ tests performed
• Good to have 2 to 3 years CMM knowledge.
• Good to have ISO17025 and measurement uncertainty knowledge
• Possess strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
• Ensure proper delivery of service to customer(s)
• Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff
